Flake Sourdough Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Half a dozen of the cookies that launched a thousand ships, if I remember my mythology right. Sourdough discard gives it a little tang, brown butter gives it depth, and a very generous helping of chocolate keeps you coming back for more. The sea salt on top is just icing on the cookie.
